How to use this catalogue

Terms and Conditions

This Research Objects Catalogue does not substitute data storage services such as Zenodo or university data portals. It only creates a catalogue of CT scans of composite materials. The catalogue allows searching by constituent materials, type of reinforcement etc. CT Composites Library does not claim ownership over any data uploaded to this portal. Data entries in the catalogue belong to the authors of the scans.

How to upload your metadata

Add you data in 4 simple steps:

1. Upload your data on Zenodo or other service to obtain DOI;
2. Download the most recent metadata template in Excel format;
3. Populate the relevant metadata, provide DOI for the CT scan;
4. Upload your data by emailing it to one of the website moderators. Note: we do not intend to allow users to upload their metadata just yet.

The template is provided using an Excel file. This makes it human-readable and simple to edit. Template documentation - coming soon...
